Lauren is absolutely such a credit to this company. The last few years we have been lucky enough to have her as our property manager and she has shown so much kindness, care and humanity all while doing her job to the absolute highest standard.

My wife and I only have good things to say about our experience with Lauren in regards to managing our investment properties.
Earlier this year one of our properties was damaged by a powerful hail storm. Unfortunately I was not in the country at the time of the event, but with Lauren's guidance and communication with the tenant at the time of the event, and the necessary trades, prevented further damage to the property.
I did however have a very difficult time dealing with the insurance company, which without her assistance would probably still be ongoing today. Overall, we feel Lauren's integrity and professionalism to be outstanding.

Lauren continues to manage our property with great efficiency and friendliness. She acts on issues with priority and has good connections with local trades, getting problems fixed quickly.
